Each employee is entitled to 5 days of personal leave, which can be taken after using up the 20 days of standard annual leave. (If the employee joins during the year, the personal leave is proportionally reduced.)<\/p>\n

A bonus of up to CZK 15,000 (depending on the seniority of the position, involvement in the hiring process, and manager\u2019s discretion). The employee who refers a candidate must send the candidate\u2019s CV to the HR department along with the suggested position. After the referred candidate completes their probation period, the referring employee must claim the reward themselves with HR.<\/p>\n
